List of documents essential to undertake cooperation:

- registration documents (NIP – VAT No, REGON Statistical Reg. No, entry in Commercial Activity Register or National Court Register)
- road haulage licence
- OCP insurance policy
- personal identity card
- tractor unit and trailer documents (registration certificate, third-party insurance, in the case of refrigerated transport - sanitary book)
- possible ADR authorisation

In the event of transport of food items compliance with HACCP is required.
